I'm always down for a coffee and an excuse to visit another good shop somewhere on the First Coast. St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, Palm Coast, and I will happily make the drive to Gainesville.

I am equally comfortable meeting at your business, where I would rather be anyway. It is much easier to spot a bottleneck standing in the room where it happens.

Remote works too

Zoom, phone, email, whatever you already use. Plenty of this work never requires us to be in the same room, and I will not pad a project with meetings that do not need to exist.

What happens next

I read your message and reply, usually within a business day.
We set up thirty minutes, whichever way you prefer.
You describe how the work moves. I ask a lot of questions.
You get an honest read on whether technology helps, including if the answer is no.
Nothing is owed either way. There is no follow-up campaign.
