Pricing

Two fixed prices and an honest quote for everything else. You will know exactly what something costs before any work starts, and you will never get an invoice you did not agree to first.

Ways to work together

Step one

A Free Conversation

Free · 30 minutes

Coffee here in St. Augustine, or a video call if that is easier. You tell us what is not working. We ask questions. Nobody sells you anything.

  • Thirty minutes, in person or on video
  • Plain English. You do not need to know what any of it is called
  • You leave with at least one thing you can go do yourself
  • If we are not the right people to help, we will say so and point you to someone who is
Book the free call

Free every time. Not a trial offer, and not a sales call.

Most popularStep two

Technology Briefing

$300

We spend an hour together on your business. Then we go do the research and come back with a written report you could act on tomorrow, with or without us.

  • A one-hour working session, in person or on video
  • Hours of real research on your business, not a template
  • A written report within one week: what to do, in what order, and what it costs
  • Every recommendation is something you can actually do
Book a $300 briefing

Credited back in full if you hire us within 30 days. Add $200 and we turn it around the same day.

Step three

Business Deep Dive

Quoted for your business

We come into your business and look at all of it: your people, how work moves, your software, your data, your systems and your equipment. You get a plan you own.

  • Time on site with you and the people doing the work
  • Every finding sorted into one of six answers: keep, replace, connect, automate, add, or skip
  • A 90-day plan in order, with real budget numbers
  • The plan is yours to keep, even if you never hire us to build any of it
Start a deep dive

A fixed price, agreed before we start, at market-friendly competitive rates. Your briefing fee comes off the total.

Step four

Build and Ongoing Help

Quoted for your business

When you want it built, not just planned. Most jobs are scoped to be finished inside two weeks, at a fixed price you agreed to before anything started.

  • Software setup, connecting systems, automation, custom tools and websites
  • Most projects finished within two weeks
  • Training, so your people own it instead of depending on us
  • Optional monthly help: someone to call, without adding a salary
Talk about a project

Ongoing help is quoted month to month. Leave any time with 30 days’ notice.

  • A fixed price, agreed before any work starts
  • Market-friendly, competitive rates
  • Most builds finished inside two weeks
  • Your briefing fee credited toward what comes next
  • No long contracts and no surprise invoices
Everything, in one table

For comparison

What this normally costs elsewhere

These are published market rates, not a sales pitch. They are here so you can check that the numbers above are reasonable.

$2,000 – $5,000

Typical published price for a small-business technology or AI readiness assessment.

$150 – $350 an hour

Typical billing rate for an independent technology or AI consultant in the United States.

$2,000 – $8,000 a month

Typical ongoing retainer for a small business working with an AI or technology consultancy.

Sources: published 2026 pricing guides from AI and IT consulting firms. We quote against these numbers rather than above them. We are not cheaper because we do less — we are cheaper because there is no office, no sales team and no account manager sitting between you and the people doing the work.

Questions about money

Why is the first conversation free?

Because you should not have to pay to find out whether somebody can help you. Thirty minutes is enough for us to understand your situation and for you to decide whether you want to keep talking. It is free every time, not just the first time.

Why is only the briefing a fixed price?

Because no two businesses need the same thing. A quote that means anything has to be based on your actual situation, and the briefing is how we get there. Publishing a made-up number for everything else would only mean quoting you again later, higher.

Why is the briefing only $300 when other firms charge thousands?

Published rates for a small-business technology or AI readiness review usually run $2,000 to $5,000, and consultants bill $150 to $350 an hour. Those firms are built for companies much larger than most of our clients. We are priced for the businesses they do not call back.

Is the briefing fee really credited back?

Yes, in full, against anything you start within 30 days. It comes off the first invoice.

What does market-friendly, competitive rates actually mean?

It means we quote against what this work costs elsewhere, not above it, and we tell you the number before you commit. If a quote ever looks high to you, ask us to explain it. If we cannot, it should be lower.

Do you bill hourly?

Rarely, and only when you ask for it. Almost everything is a fixed price agreed before work starts, so you are never watching a clock.

How long do projects take?

Most are scoped to finish inside two weeks. Bigger jobs take longer, and you will know that before you commit rather than halfway through.

Are there long contracts?

No. Monthly arrangements are month to month, and you can leave with thirty days' notice.

What if the job is bigger than you can handle?

We will tell you, and then connect you with the right people and help you ask them the right questions. Sending you to the correct person is better business for us than taking your money for a poor fit.

Do you charge for travel in Northeast Florida?

No, not within St. Johns, Duval, Clay, Flagler, Alachua or Putnam counties.
