A standing appointment
Every other Thursday at ten, or whatever suits you. Same person every time, so you never start over explaining what you are working on.
At your table or on video
Wherever you are comfortable. Kitchen table, office, library, or a video call if that is easier.
Letters and writing
A letter to the VA. A note to your insurer. A complaint that needs to sound firm. A eulogy. Anything you have been putting off.
Forms and paperwork
Medicare, Medicaid, insurance appeals, benefits paperwork, HOA business. Understanding what it is asking, and answering it properly.

Sorting out an inbox full of spam and marketing so the things that matter stop getting buried.

How to spot a scam
Cloned voices, fake photos and video, messages that look like they came from your bank or your grandson, and posts written by a machine.

Half of it is safety
We spend real time on what is fake. What a cloned voice sounds like. Why a photo of somebody you know might not be them. Why a message from your bank asking you to move money is almost always a fraud, and what to do about it. Once you know the tricks, they stop working on you.
Bring somebody with you if you want
Your daughter, your business partner, your neighbor. Plenty of people come in pairs and it works well.

A lot of people in their forties and fifties are guessing at this too, and would rather ask somebody patient than ask their kids.

Common questions
What does coaching cost?
It is quoted once we know what you want, because a single session and a standing appointment every other week are different commitments. Rates are market-friendly and competitive, and you will be told the number before anything is booked. Group sessions for a club, board or church and half-day staff training are quoted the same way.
I am not good with computers. Is that a problem?
No. That is who this is for. We go at your pace and repeat things as many times as you want. There are no stupid questions and nobody is going to sigh at you.
Can we do it at my house?
Yes, anywhere in the St. Augustine and Jacksonville area, or by video anywhere else. Some people prefer a coffee shop or the library, which is fine too.
Can you help me work out if something is a scam?
Yes, and you can send it over between sessions. If something looks wrong, forward it and ask. That is what we are here for.
